I am a handy guy but just need to know that I am ordering the right system, so please help me here. With that said, I have seen several different kits as well as opinions on what is needed and what is not. I reviewed, looked at different threads, and came to conclusion that converting to screenlogic is the right move. THe pendant will not communicate with the controller, and long story short, the wireless transmitter receiver attachment appears to have died (power is on to it via LED light, but no transmit or receieve lights at all).

I am a new pool owner and assumed ownership of a nice pool with Pentech Easy touch controller along with wireless pendant for operation.
